Welcome to Citywide Auto Transport. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your interactions with Citywide Auto Transport regarding vehicle transportation services. By using this website or requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. About Our Services

Citywide Auto Transport provides vehicle transportation services, including:

  • Open Car Transport

  • Enclosed Car Transport

  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport

  • State-to-State Auto Transport

Service availability, transportation arrangements, pickup locations, delivery locations, and other details may vary depending on the specific vehicle shipment and applicable transportation conditions.

2. Quotes and Service Information

Any quote, estimate, or transportation information provided by Citywide Auto Transport is based on the information available at the time of the request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicle, pickup location, delivery location, and transportation requirements.

Changes to the information provided may affect the transportation arrangements or quoted amount.

A quote or estimate should not be considered a final transportation agreement unless the applicable service arrangements have been confirmed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to arrange vehicle transportation.

This may include:

  • Vehicle make and model

  • Vehicle condition

  • Pickup address

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Preferred transportation service

  • Any known vehicle issues or special requirements

Customers should inform Citywide Auto Transport of circumstances that may affect loading, transportation, or delivery.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers should inspect their vehicle before transportation and document its existing condition.

Photographs of the vehicle before pickup may be helpful for documenting pre-existing scratches, dents, or other visible damage.

Customers should also communicate any known mechanical, operational, or other conditions that may affect the transportation of the vehicle.

5. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before transportation.

Citywide Auto Transport is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should remove important documents, electronics, valuables, and other personal items before the vehicle is transported.

6. Vehicle Accessibility

Pickup and delivery locations must provide reasonable access for vehicle transportation.

Certain residential streets, private roads, narrow roads, construction areas, low-clearance areas, restricted-access locations, or other conditions may prevent a carrier from safely reaching an exact address.

When the requested address cannot reasonably accommodate the carrier, pickup or delivery may need to take place at a nearby accessible location.

7. Door-to-Door Transportation

Door-to-door auto transport means that pickup and delivery are coordinated as close as reasonably possible to the locations requested by the customer.

Door-to-door service does not guarantee that a carrier can access every exact address.

Accessibility, traffic regulations, road conditions, carrier size, and local restrictions may affect the final pickup or delivery location.

8. Open and Enclosed Transport

Citywide Auto Transport may provide both open and enclosed vehicle transportation options.

Open transport uses an open carrier, while enclosed transport uses an enclosed carrier.

Customers are responsible for selecting the transportation method that best fits their vehicle and preferences based on the information provided about each service.

9. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery arrangements are based on the information provided by the customer and the circumstances of the vehicle shipment.

Transportation schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle accessibility, carrier availability, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the transportation provider.

Estimated transportation times are not necessarily guaranteed delivery times unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicle for transportation.

Customers should:

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables

  • Check the vehicle for existing damage

  • Photograph the vehicle before pickup

  • Make sure the vehicle is accessible for pickup

  • Inform the transportation provider of known mechanical issues

  • Secure or remove loose accessories when appropriate

Additional preparation requirements may apply depending on the vehicle and transportation method.

11. Non-Running Vehicles

Customers must disclose if a vehicle does not run, cannot start, cannot move under its own power, or has another mechanical condition that may affect loading or unloading.

Failure to provide accurate information about the vehicle’s condition may affect transportation arrangements.

Additional handling requirements may apply to vehicles that cannot be driven or moved normally.

12. Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Customers should remain reasonably available during the transportation process for important communications regarding pickup, delivery, access, or other shipment-related matters.

14. Third-Party Services

Vehicle transportation may involve third-party carriers, transportation providers, or other service providers depending on the specific shipment.

Where applicable, customers may be subject to additional terms, requirements, or documentation associated with the transportation provider handling the shipment.

15. Prohibited Use of the Website

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
